The gloves were off on Tuesday (October 16) as President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney went head to head again in the second Presidential Debate at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y.
They debated on topics such as education, gas prices, taxes, and women’s rights, speaking to individual voters who asked questions throughout the evening.
