Every year fans anxiously wait to see who will perform at the Super Bowl halftime show, and this time around they won’t be let down.
Beyonce is set to be the main act hitting the stage at the 2013 Super Bowl Halftime Show.
She posted a new photo on her website teasing “Countdown to Touchdown” and the NFL confirmed the news, tweeting, “Beyonce will perform @pepsi #SB47 Halftime Show in New Orleans. Feb. 3 2013.”
If you remember, Bey sang the national anthem at Super Bowl XXXVIII in 2004 in her hometown of Houston when the New England Patriots defeated the Carolina Panthers so it’s only right that she returns with a full halftime performance!
