In a bid to join the rest of the calorie counting world, Starbucks will display calorie counts for coffees and snacks at all its U.S. locations starting June 25, ahead of a federal requirement that American food chains disclose nutrition information.
The company said on Tuesday the labels were meant to encourage health-conscious consumers to further customize orders by opting for sugar-free syrups or nonfat milk over more calorie heavy alternatives.

A Florida man not only caught himself on fire but also exploded his garage when he attempted to use a vacuum to siphon gasoline from a vehicle.
Palm Bay police say that Michael Mirabel was attempting to retrieve gasoline from a disabled Volkswagen Passat in his garage for his girlfriend’s vehicle.
“A lot of it was destroyed, but what we can figure is that he took the hose part and taped it to a tube that would be small enough to get in the gas tank,” Assistant Palm Bay Fire Marshal Ron Bailey said. “It probably would not have happened if the garage door was up.”
Neighbors said that the violent explosion sounded like a train wreck. Mirabel was reportedly airlifted to a burn center in Orlando and was being treated for burns on over 60 percent of his body.

He’s not even a rapper, but still, it’s the last way you want your name out there. It distracts from the music. But he’s made me the enemy, and that’s the way it’s gonna stay, I guess. If I think about it too much, I feel it wrapping around my foot, like I get a feeling it could end really badly.”

Check out the first look of a new reality show @SummerBreak, which will be an interactive series existing exclusively on social media. Think a more realistic a Laguna Beach/The Hills for the new generation!
The show will follow nine teenagers from the Los Angeles area throughout their last summer break before most of them go to college. There will be 60-second daily “episodes” produced by professionals that will be posted on YouTube within twenty-four hours of when the events happen. You will be able to follow the events in real time by checking the cast’s Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr feeds, which will be updated often throughout every day. Each week, a wrap-up video will be posted running 3-5 minutes long.
The cast consists of five guys – Zaq, Trevis, Ray, Connor, and Kostas – and four girls – Lena, Alex, Nia, and Clara.
